Ngô, Đình Nhu, 1910-1963
Ngô Đình Nhu was the brother and chief political advisor of Ngô Đình Diệm, along with the commander of the ARVN Special Forces and the head of the Cần Lao Nhân Vị Cách Mạng Ðảng (Personalist Labor Party). Through his command of his de facto private army and secret police, Nhu exerted an enormous influence over South Vietnamese politics. Nhu, along with his brother, was assassinated on November 2 1963 as a result of a coup against them.43 Records
